Returns & Exchanges

At Otto Tiles & Design, we want you to be completely satisfied with your artisanal tiles; however, we accept returns on unused, full-box orders within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-made, bespoke, and hand-painted tiles are non-returnable due to their unique nature.

Return Process

  • 1.
    Initiate Your Return

    Contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide your order details.

  • 2.
    Pack with Care

    Securely repackage the tiles in their original boxes and stack them onto the original pallet to ensure they remain stable and protected during transit.

  • 3.
    Arrange Transportation

    Organize a tracked courier service to return the goods to our warehouse; please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and insurance.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our warehouse team inspects the tiles for damage and confirms they are in resalable condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus a 20% restocking fee.
